What are your hours?

Resort Operating Hours: 9:30am-5pm Daily (Early access at 9am for Members, Passport to Wellness Guests, and Guest with 9:30am Service)

  • Holiday Hours:
    • Christmas Eve: 8am-3pm
    • Glen Ivy is Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day

Evening Operating Hours:

  • Wednesday-Sunday June 17-August 30: 4-9pm
  • Thursday-Sunday September 3-27: 4-9pm
  • Friday-Sunday October 2-25: 4-9pm

Do you have an age limit at Glen Ivy?

Glen Ivy Hot Springs welcomes guests 18 years of age or older. Physical ID is required for admission.

Are advance reservations required?

  • Advanced reservations for admission, admission with service, or admissions with activity are required and subject to availability. Must be 18 or older to book.
  • Reservations can be booked through the website or by calling our Centeral Reservations Department at 888-453-6489 daily 8am-4pm.
  • Name, email address and cell phone number of each guest must be provided at the time of booking.
  • Valid credit card is required to book.

Does Glen Ivy accept cash payments?

Glen Ivy is a cashless resort. During check-in you can securely add a credit or debit card to your account, allowing you to conventiently charge purchases throughout your visit. Transactions are processed individually, and receipts are available upon request. Cash gratuities are welcome for spa treatments and at all food and beverage outlets.

How do I use a gift card to make a reservation and what can it be used for?

  • To book a reservation using a gift card, please call Central Reservations at 888-453-6489 and have your gift card number ready at the time of booking. At this time gift cards cannot be used to book online reservations.
  • Gift cards may be used towards admission, spa treatments, food & beverage, retail purchases, and gratuities. They are non-refundable and do not expire.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • If you need to cancel your reservation, please complete the form on the Cancellation page of the website or email cancel@glenivy.com. Cancellations must include name, phone number, reservation number, and the portion of the reservation you would like to cancel. If emailing to cancel, to help us process your request quickly, include your reservation date in the subject line.
  • If you would like to reschedule your visit, please call 888-453-6489 for assistance.
  • Cancellations and reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit date. For cancellation purposes, your scheduled visit begins when the Resort opens at 9:30am, regardless of your treatment or activity time. The remaining balance of your reservation will be charged to the card on file 48 hours before arrival and is non-refundable.

Is admission included in the price of a treatment or activity?

  • Admission to Glen Ivy Hot Springs is separate from treatment and activity pricing. When booking, you'll select either Admission with Service or Admission with Activity to add your experience.
  • Guest who book Admission with Service receive a $10 discount on admission.

What is included with Admission?

Admission includes access to our 19 pools, saunas, steam rooms, Bath House, Club Mud, daily wellness classes, and all public resort amenities.

Do you offer birthday discounts?

Yes! Enjoy complimentary admission on your birthday when you book a 50-minute massage or facial.

  • To redeem, a valid government-issued ID is required at check-in. This offer is only available for the guest celebrating their birthday on the day of their birthday and cannot be booked online—it must be arranged through our Centeral Reservations Team.

What should I bring with me?

We recommend packing as you would for a beach day, including comfortable footwear. For Club Mud, we suggest wearing an older or darker swimsuit, as the mud may stain. Towels are provided at no additional cost, so there's no need to bring your own. Please note that appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times.

Are robes provided?

Robes are not included as part of your admission however they can be rented in the Bath House for $30/day.

Is there a service charge on Food & Beverage purchases?

Yes, a 10% service charge is added to all Food & Beverage purchases. 

Can I use the pools if I am pregnant?

  • Many of our pools can be enjoyed during pregnancy, but we recommend consulting with your doctor before your visit to determine what is appropriate for you.
  • Our therapeutic mineral pools, including the Mineral Baths, Saline Pool, Roman Bath, Vista Pool, and Hot Pool are maintained at approximately 104⁰F. Because elevated water temperatures may not be recommended during pregnancy, please speak with your healthcare provider before using these pools.
  • Our cooler pools, including the Lap Pool, North and South Pools, and Lounge Pool are maintained at approximately 65⁰F and may be enjoyed similarly to a traditional swimming pool.
  • If you plan to participate in Club Mud, which combines mineral water with a detoxifying clay mud treatment, we also recommend consulting with your doctor.

What treatments can I enjoy while pregnant?

Guests who are past 14 weeks may enjoy our Prenatal Massage, which is specially designed to provide comfort and relaxation during pregnancy. Our facial and nail care servies are also available.

  • We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider if you have questions about participating in spa services during pregnancy.

What if I am late for my spa treatment?

We recommend arriving to Glen Ivy at least one hour prior to your scheduled treatment time to allow time for check-in and changing. We ask that you check-in with the spa 15-minutes prior to your service. If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to avoid impacting the next guest's appointment, and your treatment will still be charged at the full value.

What happens if I lose an item during my visit?

While Glen Ivy Hot Springs is not responsible for lost or stolen items, we are happy to assist in trying to locate misplaced belongings. If you believe you left something behind, please complete our Lost & Found form. If your item is recovered, we can arrange to have it shipped to you for a shipping fee, or you may pick it up at the resort.

Is smoking allowed?

Glen Ivy is a smoke-free and drug-free facility. Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, and e-cigarettes—are not permitted anywhere on the property.
